Award-winning musician & flautist
Before she was a record-breaking swimmer and global speaker, Carina was — and remains — a celebrated flautist with an international career spanning genres, continents and awards.
A BMus (Hons) graduate cum laudewith a UNISA Performer's Licentiate at the highest distinction, Carina has performed as a soloist with the Cape Town Philharmonic, the KZN Philharmonic and other major orchestras.
She is known for a groundbreaking slide-flute technique and an electric stage presence that fuses classical mastery with pop, jazz and electronic production — turning a concert into an experience.
“The notes on the sheet are just the beginning — real music happens when you break past the page.”
